Important Information for Volunteers

CDYC operates Concessions Stand One, the North Beer Wall, and several other portable locations around that area

IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2023:

Dress Code

Black pants or shorts

**You cannot wear althletic leggings, yoga pants, or bike shorts. PNC prefers a "chino" style short. CDYC suggests they be finger-tip length.

Solid Red t-shirt or polo

*You may not wear tank tops. We understand it is HOT, but suggest purchasing a shirt in a cooling or dry fit fabric if that will be more comfortable for you.

**If you are assigned to a bar, you will have to check-out a uniform polo from the arena once you arrive.

CDYC Hat or a PLAIN black hat or visor of your own

Black Slip Resistant tennis shoes

Parking

Parking will either be in Lot F which is located directly across the street from PNC. Or for sold out shows, they will use Lot K at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In this case, you will be shuttled to the venue.

Other Notes...

You may want to bring your own cup with a lid for drinks throughout the

night. Some volunteers bring their own cooling towels or personal fans as well.
