Important Information for Volunteers

With our current contract, CDYC is required to staff the North Lounge on the club level. This includes stand 314, stand 318, a condiment station, and a hydration station. There are approximately 47 volunteer positions in our area. .
We always do our best to make sure there are as many opportunities available as possible for our volunteers!
The minimum payout for concession stands is $75 for soccer games and concerts, and $100 for Panther games.
Most always, we are able to double these minimum amounts through the collection of donations.
Dress Code
You will need to wear BLACK "dress" pants or shorts. The pants cannot be tight like leggings, sweat pants or denim, and the shorts must be of an appropriate length. You may NOT wear athletic leggings, or biker shorts. You may NOT have holes in your pants or shorts.
Organizational shirts- BOA is now requiring each non-profit organization to wear their own promotional shirt. CDYC has designed an athletic polo in Carolina blue with our logo. These may be purchased for $25 on our website here on the page called "Store Front"
Black Slip Resistant Shoes are a requirement and must say SLIP RESITANT on the shoe. Non-Slip may not say SLIP RESISTANT and if they do not they are NOT allowed.
CDYC Black Visor - are part of the membership fee. If you have the CDYC Hats or Visors from previous years, you may still wear that. If you would like a CDYC Hat, it is $25 and can be ordered on our Store-Front. Please keep in mind we have to order 10 at a time so there may be a delay in processing.
Other Notes of Interest....
Please use a clear bag to bring in any personal belongings.
Please bring in a water bottle or a cup with a lid for personal drinks.
Please do not bring in or wear any gear that supports another sports team not affiliated with the stadium.
Jewelry with the exception of a PLAIN Wedding Band can NOT be worn. No Diamonds, No Bracelets, No Watches, No Ear Rings
You may not post any pictures or video from inside the stadium bowl.
Training
CDYC will send a link for volunteers to access a series of videos that serve as Volunteer Training for BOA. In particular, Alcohol Service information. Unfortunately, we are unable to post this link publicly.
When completing the personal information, please enter the name you registered under with CDYC. You will use our email address - cdyc.rsvp@gmail.com. Choose Bank of America Stadium as your location, and enter CDYC as your organization.
After viewing the videos, you will be asked to acknowledge that you've done so. You will then be prompted to enter information and request a certificate. These will be emailed to CDYC, and sent to BOA. CDYC will send a confirmation email to volunteers.
New volunteers will be paired with a veteran volunteer who can answer any questions on game day! You may also refer to the information on our "Alcohol Training" page found in the drop down menu of this website.

Your duty is to fulfill orders placed by customers. You will be responsible for IDing individuals, and soliciting donations for CDYC.

Your duty is to keep product stocked for the cashiers. You will communicate with the cooks when more product is needed.
You will also pull food orders when available.

Your duty is to pop popcorn. You will fill new popcorn orders, and refill orders. You will also help deliver other food orders when available.
This position can be filled by minors.

Your duty is to fill nacho orders. These can be customize and vary from just chips and cheese to loaded with pulled pork or chicken and jalapenos. Nachos are made to order, and can require one to think quickly at times!

Stand 314 operates with three cook stations- an oven cook, a grill cook, and a pretzel cook.
Stand 318 operates with a grill cook, a fryer cook, and 2-3 kitchen assistants to help prepare food orders. You will be responsible for making sure enough product is prepped, cooked, and ready to serve. We want to eliminate wait times, and reduce waste.

When we are able, we like to send two volunteers to staff one of the grab & go markets. Here you are responsible for being a cashier, restocking, and taking a final inventory of the products in the market.

Our stand is required to provide assistance with the hydration stations in our lounge. This will involve changing out soda bibs, refilling the machines with ice, keeping cups stocked, etc.
